Market leader in biodynamic production of apple & quince juice in Styria. Optimizing the vital forces of the fruit has been the primary concern in biodynamic fruit growing for almost 20 years. On almost four hectares of land on the western outskirts of Graz, at an altitude of about 500 meters above sea level, dessert apples, peaches, quinces, and black currants thrive. Part of the harvest is processed annually into naturally cloudy apple juice and also quince juice.
